LCD screen shows no text

Hi,

I have assembled the vertex K8400. Unfortunately, when I wanted to start up the printer, no text appeared on the screen, just a blue light.

navigating on the forum, i have read that the issue has been recalled by some users and so I tried the advices given but with no luck.

There is just one thing that I could not find is the reset button of the LCD screen. Can someone send me a picture where the reset button can be found please?
