Last layer quality with ABS?

Hi,
I wonder if there is a way to improve the last layer.
The sides are perfect of thicker models are perfect.
It looks almost like the nozzle has touched the print during the last layer.

I am printing with default ABS settings but with low fan speed.

It’s hard to tell but it looks like the outside of your project has lifted off of the bed.

Check the Wiki to find some tricks to get good ABS prints.
220° is enough to print with ABS (and 75-80% flow).
