I have problems printing with the second head.
Feeding filament works like a charm with the second Head. But when i try to print the extruder does not feed filament. When i feed manually everything works; so i dont think i have a problem with the nozzle. I already checked all cables and updated to the latest firmware (followed the whole procedure) without any success.
Can anyone help?

you did select the second extruder in repetier?
Yes i did. The second hotend heats up and the printer tries to print - simply the nozzle does not get filament.
When i print with the first head i can feel the movement of the extruder when touching the filament. With the second there is no movement.
Don’t forget that you have to use the single head option in Cura’s print configuration. You can’t use the 2nd extruder alone with the Dual head preset.

It’s a little strange since that means i always need to print some small piece with extruder 1 to get the main object out of extruder 2. Or change the filament of course.

If you select EXT 2 in the positioning window (the color of your object changes) and Single head in the slicer tab it should print from the 2nd extruder.
