KSR9 BOTBALL does not work

I’ve tried to mount the KSR9 BOTBALL. After mounting the transmitter I realize some suspicious things: 1) one batterie pack is not in use 2) the other batterie pack nearly can’t get contacted -> It just does not work. I’m thankful for any help

If desired, you can return it for inspection/repair.
