I am looking at Yours KSR10/USB, but have to know:
Can I write my own application in Delphi and interact with this USB interface?

Out of the box? No. And there is no documentation.
Some people however have succeeded in reverse engineering communication between KSR10 and the PC but that won’t be easy…
