Dear Sir/Madam, I am thinking or purchasing the speaker protection kit K4700 and would like to know if it is suitable for my stereo amplifier. When it is first switched on a dc voltage of about 4V appears momentarily at the speaker terminals amd then goes to zero.
Will the kit be suitable for this symptom?
Will the kit disable the speakers when this DC voltage appears? Will it reconnect the speakers automatically after a delay? At what voltage threshold does the relay disconnect the speakers.

There is a turn-on delay of approx 6s, so if this DC voltage disappears during this time, it should not be a problem.
