Kind of mixing console with (max 3) 8084

IK bought me a 8084 (VOLUME AND TONE CONTROL - PREAMPLIFIER) now I use this with an og cell-phe. Internet radio.
But I have als on my pc a lot of music. I can put this wita slitter in mt VOLUME AND TONE CONTROL - PREAMPLIFIER, then I have to detach my cellphnone.

Question:
Is there a way to put 2 or3 VOLUME AND TONE CONTROL - PREAMPLIFIER in parallel
