Greetings;
Is there a definitive explanation of the menu command structure when using the K8400 standalone? Most of it is intuitive, but a few are not. For example: in “Tune Print Job”, there is a setting for “Flow” which seems to do something, and then a setting for “Flow 1” which doesn’t. I’m using only one extruder, is that why? Additionally, is the “Flow” amount relative to the flow assigned in the Gcode? By that I mean: Forum posts suggest setting Flow in the PC software to 72% which I have. So would “Flow = 100” on the K8400 LCD really mean “100% of the 72% assigned on the PC”? You can see where I’m starting to get dizzy so I’ll just refer back to my question in my first sentence.

If you slice with 72% the flow setting will mean x% of 72% cause the slicer calculates the flow rate to extrusion length.
If you just set flow to 72% in manual control and print from SD x% of 100% flow will be used cause the sd controller doesn’t know about the manual setting.
Flow is for extruder 1 and flow1 for extruder 2.
