K8400 Extruder not starting

We’ve got an issue with our Extruder at the K8400.

The issue is, It doesn’t want to start.
We put in the cable from the X motor and went to the option to move the X motor, to check out if the Extruder would move now.
but then we found out, It Does move with the X motor, So its not the Extruder motor itself.
But with the cables at the right places, the extruder wont budge.

Is there any way we could get any help with it?

The hot end needs to be at 170C or above before it will do anything.
