HI Togehter!
I have tried to print a small box 76mmx40mm box with 2mm thick walls ,but its printing me always 2 thin ones with a gap inbetween.

Whatever I change it is not fillin this gap.
Does anyone can help me out with that?
Thanks
What program did you use to slice it?
Did you design it yourself?

I did the model with Inventor and save it as an stl.
I did it both ways:
- Making a cube and do an extraction
- Drawing two square and extrude them.
I used slic3r for slicing it.
Thanks

No! I tried from 20% to 100% with no difference
Just to understand you correctly,
Did you design your part with 2 independent walls?
If so, that is the problem.
Filled sections of the object must be designed as solid to be filled.
