Well, it would be helpful to know what problem you have.
The Crystal Ball doesn’t work for that. 
what programs do i use to run it
i use sketchup and repeteir host for 3d printing
i do NOT want to make PCB
i would like to do bas reliefs
EAGLE and gerber files only make PCB
i guess velleman’s don’t give support
It isn’t really fair to expect Velleman to support such radical modifications to their kit. But I think you will find they are very responsive when you ask the right questions.
You haven’t given much information about the changes you made, or where you found the instructions to convert your printer for CNC operation. I have seen a couple of blogs about how to do this; perhaps the one you followed has some pointers about what software to use?
If you share some pictures and/or a link, you may get better help from the folks on this forum. And please be patient. It can take a few days before you will get a response, especially for a more difficult question.
