Hello, I have completed my build and have downloaded repetier V0.95 from the velleman site - my manual says I should have V0.84 but I cannot find this.
When I plug in the USB my computer recognises a new device but when I connect in Repetier it does not seem to recognise the exisitence of my compter in the log in although it says a K8200 is connected. When I try to manually move the axes nothing happens. Can anyone help please?
In the printer settings.
Make sure Reset on Connect is set to Disabled.
When you start repetier, does the splash screen specifically mention K8200?
If not, get the software from the downloads section of the k8200.eu website, it saves a bit of tuning and is the correct version.

you can still get the older versions. must admit i found it easier to follow the manual instructions. although manual shows win 7 the same dialogs apply to win81
I Used the top one from the k8200 page, the PLA profile is already loaded etc. and it cured a couple of little niggles I had, and it’s version 0.95.
