K8200 Z-axis not moving during print

Hi, we wanted to test our Velleman K8200 today and it printed fine until it had to move to layer 2. Moving the z-axis works fine when moving it in repetier and while calibrating but as soon as it prints it refuses to move up. We reflashed the V2.2 Firmware already because we have the K8203 extruder and also the display but no results.

Is the flex coupler tight on the motor and shaft?

Yes the coupler is tight on both the rod and motor. As said in original post the z-axis is able to move without a problem when in repetier or when calibrating.
