k8200,woven sleeves for printer head termistor is missing in my kit, (page 501 in Assembly manual)
What to do ???:
These should be located on the wires of the heating element.
You need to match what version of hotend you have to the instructions.
The online instructions are better then the PDF you can download.
Also you should adjust your reference voltage to 0.55 not 0.425 stated in the instructions.

The instructions say to get from the heater wire. Mine was impossible to remove without destroying. So I soldered the thermistor to the wire and coated the exposed conductor with hi temp rtv.
