K8200- very bad print

Hi my name is Darek  To make it easier for me, I write by google translator. I have a K8200 and from week I have a problem with the printout. The problem is that the prints suddenly deteriorated. Re-install the software and restore the factory settings doesn’t help. Print shown below is from the PLA, the temperature 190, the distance of the nozzle from the table 0.25. I have the settings for Slic3er from Velleman site. I covered with grease all the guides, cleaned the nozzle and checked the voltage on the drivers (about 415-425mV). Previously, it was all OK and I was able to print fine rack. Currently it is not possible. Where could be the problem?

Hy,
are u sure about the temperature of 190 for PLA ?
Maybe u use ABS configuration instead of PLA ?
Here few tips

Hi. I have the temperature set at 190. With pyrometer the temperature of the table agrees, but the nozzle has about 150 (but I’m not sure if the measurement is valid). I wonder if the thermistor with increasing tempearatury does not increase the error.

to be sure of the temperature, you can mesure that with a food probe thermometer, it costs 7 euros in a supermarket

In your video it looks like the plastic is not sticking to the bed.

Clean your bed with alcohol
It also looks like your Z axis is out of calibration.
As a test when the print starts try turning the Z axis down (closer to the bed) by hand.
Just turn it a little at a time until you see an improvement.
