Hello,

I have a stock Velleman K8200 printer and using Cura 15.04 and/or Repetier-host.

Printing with PLA works great but now im started with printing PETG.

On this moment i tweaked my PLA setting a bit to printing with PETG but the resuls are not so nice as with PLA.

Can anyone share his PETG settings??

Im printing now at 240’C and the fan off.

Any tips and or settings??

I would be very careful when printing at such high temperatures with the stock k8200 hotend.
It is likely to melt or damage the PTFE Part of the hotend at such high temps.

I suggest switching to an all metal hotend like the E3D v6 for example.
It will allow you much higher temperatures and generally gives lot better printing results.
