i have a Problem.
Since years my system works fine in the same installation,
but now i am stuck.
The System:
Vellemann K8200, 3D Printer
Raspberry Pi 3, server
OctoPrint: 1.3.12, printing software
FIRMWARE_NAME:Marlin V1
In that constellation it always worked fine with Octoprint, and i only made small Hardware changes (like a new Hotend, an additional Case or different Filament)
But last the hotend themistor got broken and i had to replace it.
During that i also renew the cables of the fans.
So in general nothing new, just better.
In Octoprint everything work fine:
yxz Axis
hotend and bed temperatures
Fans
Extruder…
all fine until i Press the “print” button to start the job.
Then i loose the connection to the Printer, or the control.
The Hotend and bed keep going on heating, but i can not abbort the printjob or control anything.
I also tried Repetier Server but it is the same Problem, i loose the connection to the printer.
Doers someone has an idea what could be the solution or error.
Do you need more information about my system?

ich habe ein Problem.
Jahrelang lief der Drucker in der vorhandenen Installation mit immer mal wieder kleinen Änderungen aber nun komme ich nicht weiter.
das System:
Vellemann K8200, 3D Drucker
Raspberry Pi 3, als Server
OctoPrint: 1.3.12 als Drucksoftware

In dieser Konstellation gab es in der Vergangenheit nur Hardwaretechnische optimierungen bzw Versserungen (Hotend, case, Filament etc)
aber Octoprint lief immer Stabil mit dem K8200 zusammen.
Nun ist neulich beim basteln leider der Thermistor des Hotends kaputt gegangen und musste getauschet werden.
Dabei habe ich die Verkabelung von: Hotend Lüfter, Filament Lüftern und Hotendthermistor erneuert.
Grundsätzlich also keine Veränderung nur alles etwas besser Verbinden.
Seitdem hängt sich Octopi beim Starten des Druckvorganges auf.
Solange der Druckauftrag nicht gestratet ist lässt sich alles sauber bedienen:
yxz Achsen
hotend und Bett Temperaturen
Lüfter
Extruder…
alles schick bis man auf “drucken” klickt.
Um einen Software Fehler weistesgehend auszuschließen habe ich Repetier Server zum testen installiert. auch hier hängt sich der Drucker auf,
Ich vermute, dass das Board bei der Verkabelung irgendwie einen defekt bekommen hat und komme leider nicht mehr weiter.
Hat von euch vielleicht noch jemand eine Idee oder einen Ansatz?
Fehlen euch noch Informationen Daten zu meinen System?
Über hilfe würde ich mich sehr freuen
