I’m also getting similar “hairyness” on prints using the velleman PLA. What settings should i look at tweaking first? retraction? temperature? I have allready everything done what is said by other users, but itdoes’nt make any difference. It is a hopeless problem. Please help me!

You should post some pictures of your project.
I have noticed that if your extruder is to hot this can happen.
Try starting at 190C and then work your way up.
Make sure the thermistor is mounted correctly in the hole of the heating block.
Go though all of all of the setting for the software and make sure they all match.
