Although we have a very strict quality control system, we’re sure you’ll understand that we cannot check each and every individual part, that would have a negative impact on the price of the kit.
Anyway, we want to make sure that your 3D-printer kit is up and running as soon as possible.
Should you notice a missing or DOA part during assembly or initial testing, please accept our apologies and please send us a ticket
(support.velleman.eu/). We’ll make sure you’ll receive the parts asap.
