K8200 Help me with settings for a normal print

Hi!
I have just managed to get my printer working but printing seems far away.
I am using 3mm Black PLA https://www.kjell.com/se/sortiment/el-verktyg/elektronik/3d-skrivare/k8200/filament/pla-filament-for-3d-skrivare-3-mm-svart-p87439

I tried printing on 190C, as you can see the printing is very inconsistent and the print itself is getting stuck to the extruder. Now I know that a heated bed should help with this, however in this run I did not use it, I will repair it and use it for my next run on 50C*.

As you can see I have glued a piece of glass to the heated bed for maximum flatness, I have of course adjusted the Z axis home height.

Either way I would like all the tips I can get in order to fix this mess, what temps should I run at? Am I running it too cold or too warm. Do I need something else. Feedrate. Everything!

I you are going to print on glass get some cheap hair spray.
Put a light coat on the glass and heat the bed to 50C or 60C
Make sure the Z axis is calibrated correctly.
When my printer starts sometimes I will manually turn the Z axis up or down by hand to adjust it

maybe ur nozzle is too high ?
0,25 mm from the glass to the noozle, is it correct in your printer ?
