Help! I have loaded the board cover file, sliced it and can preview the job. When I hit print, the head zeros itself, then after a delay the log starts running and the time to completion starts to count down. The system suggests that it is printing layer , then layer 2 but nothing is moving. One of the stepper motors is making a ticking sound. Temperatures look OK.

Any ideas?

Can it be you ticked the “dry run” checkmark on the manual control tab in repetier?

Not intentionally; I will check tonight & post an update.
One thing I also noticed was that when I killed the print, apart from the “home” commands, I could no longer control x/y/z under manual control.
