K8200 board, broken?

I did not have a jumper bridge, I used a screwdriver as described in the manual to make the jumper.

Are you sure you are on the correct com port?
Do you have another machine to try it with?
Can you connect to it and manually move the bed with the software?

Yes it is the correct COM port.
I also tried it with another PC (Win 8 x64).
No, that’s the problem. The printer is connected. (Reptier says connected). But he does not take orders.
As mentioned above, the firmware can not be uploaded with the Arduino software.

Just to get an idea if the board is totally broke or not.
Go into the printer settings in Repetier and check the settings.
Check the baud rate and reset on connect.
