Hi.some of the aluminum parts got damaged while moving oxidated or misshaped.Wors part my wife trew them in to scrap bin and they are long gone. Is it posible to get cnc files for them or order them from shop?

You may wish to contact Velleman tech support directly to inquire about ordering replacement parts. This is more of a user forum, and while they do monitor here, they are more likely to be able to help if you ask directly for the parts you need.
There is also someone who created 3D models of the entire K8200 on Thingiverse. This may help if you are trying to CNC your own parts:
