I struggled to find wiring details for BLTouch on K8200. It all works fine now using pin 53 as long as SD card disabled on the LCD module. Basically just GND, 5V and SS soldered and Z-stop with the white wire nearest to the top of the board. Sorry for the heath robinson soldering job, but it works just fine. See pictures below:
