K8101 and Windows 10

I am trying to install the USB driver for the K8101 kit. I am using the driver in vlktcdc.cip. It loads in Windows 10, and gives me COM7. The driver, however, will not start. Gives me the error:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)
The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device.

Maybe it’s not compliant with Windows 10 Pro Build 1607, 64 bit?

Have you got any response? I guess I have the same problem. Driver is installed but doesn’t start and as a result I don’t get a connection.
