K8095: mounting the lcd (pc1602wrs-kwa-e pdf) on the pcb

HI EVERYONE!
HOW COULD THE LCD BE MOUNTED ON THE K8095 PCB?
THE RECOMMENDED BY VELLEMAN LCD, PC1602WRS-KWA-E PDF, HAS 16 PINS BUT THE PCB CAN ONLY ACCEPT 12.

The K8095 is supplied with a “conversion” connector PCB.
The LCD is controlled in “nibble” mode, so 4 connections are not nessesary.

Please note that the convertor pcb which is supplied with the kit is only for mounting the sd card socket vertically.

There is a PCB included with the display connector, I think you did’nt made this kit already ? :unamused:

Hi!
Thanks a lot for your respond.
To be honest i have not assembled the kit yet so obviously i had not opened the plastic bag which includes the MP3 module.
I have just opened that and i can confirm that there is a PCB attached to the MP3 module which can be used for connecting the VELLEMAN LCD, PC1602WRS-KWA-E PDF, to the main PCB.
