K8093 home alarm with VM130T remote

Hi,

I build the k8093 and tried to use it with the pre-assembled VM130T remote. But it doesn’t really work, the range of the remote is 2cm from the antenna. I already tried a second remote but same result :frowning: .
Please help.

It should work fine with the remote.

Yes, unfortunately we do not have the means to fix it immediately.
You can leave it at the front desk, every day between 8h30 and 12h15 or 13h00 and 17h.
