K8090 Setting Button Mode

Dear Velleman support team,

I am trying to change the button mode on my Velleman K8090 relais card for a while now.
Having read the protocol manual, numerous websites regarding the issue and many forum topics, the more I read, the more frustrated I get.
I an NOT a programmer but quite handy with computers (fixing them).
The one thing I managed to accomplish is changing button mode on the first 5 relais toggle and the last 5 momentary.
But it only seems to be working on the board switches itself.
When I click on my computer (K8090 Demo) the relais all work as normal (toggle).
I would really like my first six buttons to toggle on/off and the last two buttons to switch on when I push (on my computer) and to switch off when I let go of the button.
Can you provide me a list of commands I can type in the developer console and send to the card to permanently change the button mode to my desire?
And not only switch like that on the board switches itself but also on the K8090 Demo Application?
I really hope you can help me solve the problem.
Best of regards,

Mark Damen.

It provides some examples on how to send packets to configure the K8090. Please try them and if you have any more specific questions, we will be happy to answer them.
The one thing I managed to accomplish is changing button mode on the first 5 relais toggle and the last 5 momentary.
There are only 8 buttons, you will have to choose a different setup
But it only seems to be working on the board switches itself. When I click on my computer (K8090 Demo) the relais all work as normal (toggle).
That is normal, the K8090 software specifically always sends a toggle command, it does not take into account the button mode. The button mode is only considered when actually pressing the physical buttons (hence the name).
I would really like my first six buttons to toggle on/off and the last two buttons to switch on when I push (on my computer) and to switch off when I let go of the button.
If you want to use the PC only, then you will need to take control yourself, eg. by sending switch ON, switch OFF or toggle commands.

So you were doing everything right  but there is a misconception about using the card together with the computer.

Thanks for the explaining!
I think it is unfortunate that Velleman did not make one simple extra function in its demo software.
Just one little button to swich the button mode in the demo software!
And a Android app would be great also.
Hope Velleman will create some kind of updated software package for the K8090
