K8090 on WINDOWS 64 bits

I have adapted K8090 module 32 bits for my use on Windows 64 Bits VB Express 2015,but not able to load K8090 dll created in VB exprexx 2008 32 bits.

Is there another DLL usable in 64 bits ? Or what does I have to do to be able to load it?
