Power connection
I have the indicated transformer and connect it see page 7 of the construction manual.
I want to place an interrupteur between the transformateur and the k8084. When I place an single interrupteur in the 0 V line, the kit play normaly, but I can n’t play off.
Between which line I must place de single interrupteur? (12 V - 0 V - 12 V)
Hi NORTON,
It would be better to place the switch on the mains input side to shut the power off completely. If you just disconnect the 0v of the secondary there will still be 24v AC across the other two wires and it may damage the ICs.
If you still want to put the switch after the transformer you should use a 3-pole switch to disconnect all 3 wires at the same time.

Into the “assembly manual” we can read that increasing the value of R22 resistance we can get more gain. So I thought to put in series with it a 100k log potentiometer to obtain a gain control. Is it correct?
