Hi,
with the K8084 pre amp can I bridge the input or output sockets to run in mono mode?

No, this is not possible.
You can simply use one channel instead.

Could I then just plug a guitar into both input sockets at the same time?
The reason I ask is that I am running two k8060 amps and would like to fed both amps at the same time.
