I have a problem, the manual says that I must contend with R33 24V but I measure 33V and I do not know what that is? this would be a solution to that heat???
Do you measure this voltage when the relay is energized?
What heat are you referring to?

I measure this when I test with the lamp such as word shown in the manual test that small little project and with that warmth when I tested and there was music from the cooling plate was super hot tip147 which broke down
Sorry, we have troubles understanding your post.
Maybe you can rephrase, using multiple, short sentences.

When i was measuring the lamp as was explained in the manual.
The heatsink got really hot. Because of that the TIP147 got to warm and i had to replace it. Waiting for your reply to test it any further. Thanks in advance.
Most likely, when the TIP got damaged, other semiconductors in the power amp stage got damaged too.
In a previous post we recommended to replace all semiconductors of the power stage.
It looks like there are multiple problems with your assembly. This is very hard to troubleshoot from a distance.
