Dimming does work. Control LED-indications are ok. However when I gradually increase the adjustment voltage from 0 to 10V DC the connected load/bulb flashes during dimming with the same frequency as the green LED. The same counts when I decrease from 10 to 0 V DC. I hope this is not a kind of standard functionality of this kit. What can I do to get a nice fluent dimming effect?

Some wild guesses:
- A defective PIC? (most likely I think)
- A short circuit between PIC pin 10 / R5 and PIC pin 6 and R3.
Did the alignment of Rv1 and RV2 go smoothly?
