I have a problem with the K8064 only working in the opposite function mode. when i have JP1 and JP2 jummpered, everything works as it should, but when i have them un-jumpered, the board boots up normally, and then LD2 flashes constantly, changing RV1 or RV2 will change LD1 and LD2, but will not switch the load.
any help would be appreciated.

Check first the 2 jumpers are removed.
Check if there is 5V at pin 7 & 8.
Check the pull-up resistors R14 & R15, for false contacts,…
Problem is, the CPU see that JP1 or JP2 is placed, these modes are hidden factory setting for calibrating RV1 and RV2, for normal use, these jumpers must be removed.
