Hi i have a K8062 USB DMX kit that works on my rackmount pc with no problem with DMX control sofware. but it is not seen when i run any of the software on my laptop. when i plug the K8062 into the laptop the power light comes on and the data light flashes a few times as it should but when i start the sofware it is not seen and the data light stays off. i have tried it on another laptop and it is that does the same thing any help would be good…
P.S i think Velleman should have a support line available…
