K8062-DMX Interface

I have built this unit which works satisfactorily with the DMX Light Player Software. I am trying to use it with QLC Light Controller plus for our local amateur theatre. I have loaded the K8062D.dll plug in into the QLC folder, however when I select the Velleman as an output and go to the Virtual Console or Simple Desk facility as soon as I move a slider the QLC software has a problem and closes. This is the same whether I run it on a PC with Windows XP or Win 10.
The reporting software shows the following:
Faulting application name: qlcplus.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x56e0abd1
Faulting module name: velleman.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x56e0ac48
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x00009a3e
Faulting process id: 0x570
Faulting application start time: 0x01d1d1534b5e9ff0
Faulting application path: C:\QLC+\qlcplus.exe
Faulting module path: C:\QLC+\Plugins\velleman.dll

Is there a problem with velleman.dll in this context?
There is no problem if I select one of the alternative outputs in the QLC software.
Can anyone help please?

If not yet done, you can try following:
Copy the files:
FASTTime32.dll
K8062D.dll
K8062e.exe
to your \WINDOWS\System32 directory.
Copy to \WINDOWS\SysWOW64 directory if you have 64 bit operating system.

Other alternative is to use the new version of the files:
Here is the link to download the new version and the demo program for the K8062:
box.net/shared/mr5qns9jvj
This version uses new USB communication driver.
The files K8062D.DLL and K8062E.EXE are updated to version 3.0.0.0.

Please extract the package to a folder and run the DMX_demo.exe in this folder.

If OK, then you can to copy the files K8062D.DLL, K8062E.EXE and FASTTime32.dll to the Windows subfolder System32.
If you have a 64 bit operating system, copy the files to subfolder SysWOW64.

Copy the files to your application folder too.

Then you can run your DMX application program.

downloaded s/ware from web site and unzipped OK. Copied files to system32 and SysWOW64 and to QLC+ folder but problem still exists as before. The velleman.dll file seems to be implicated. Thanks for your input. Maybe velleman.dll is part of the QLC+ package?
