Dear Velleman Team, I am using the K8062 usb dmx interface. I have built the kit successfully and used using supplied test software.However I cannot use the interface with the software glovepie. It causes glove pie to crash. They both work independantly. I know that you are not responsable for other peoples software but have you heard of anything like this happening before and are there and dll updates ro anything you can suggest that might be a possabel cause… Thankyou.
We have never heard of ‘glovepie’ so it is in no way compatible with our kit.
