I need help!
I have successfully built the K8062 Interface and it works with the DMX - Light Player software provided but no other DMX Software will work with it.
I need to use some software that I can program to my Audio tracks but I have tried several different programs but none will detect the K8062 Interface.
Please advise.

Sorry, we are not aware of any other software that works with this kit.
You might want to Google for compatible third-party software.
OK but I have contacted support for VenueMagic software and they replied saying that they know users that use the K8062/VM116 Interface but I have install the drivers.
The VenueMagic installation does not include the Velleman drivers so they must be installed from the VM116 driver disk.
(Supported by Classic, DMX+AV and SC+ editions only)
What Drivers???
There are no drivers on the CD supplied with the K8062 and none on your website either.
K8062/VM116 is a HID device, so it does not require drivers.
