K8061 usb wireless

Anyone Knows How to solve Io gear device with a K8061 to make it wireless.
USb Device: k8061 usb interface board Vellenan
USb wireless hub: guwh104kit

Have followed the procedures email to me.
Have updated the firmware
Have install newest software

The usb k8601 interface board links up to the pc. drivers install.
But thats as far as it goes.
Any application will not communicate with the usb k8601 board.
USB flash drivers work etc, but not the k8601 interface board.

The k8601 usb interface board works through the hub flawlessly when connected via cable mode.
But will not work over the wireless link.

Please advise.

Suspect it might be a driver issue.

The k8055 works 100% wireless. The dll for the K8061 works only direct cable. The velleman team have to make a dll same as the k8055 to make the K8061 to work.

I think this may be a driver problem.
Here a link to download the latest development version of the software and the driver for the K8061: velleman.eu/downloads/files/ … k_2011.zip

The package includes new driver and new DLL.
There are example projects written in many programming languages included.
Please read the Getting_Started.pdf and the README.TXT.

Ive tried the new driver and dll no joy.It seems so strange that the K8055 works great. The problem I have now is I would go to the K8055,but ive bought 25 cards already.I need to get it to work.Is there a way the K8055 drivers can work the same as the K8061.

Have you tried the Vistapack from this download page:
velleman.eu/distributor/supp … 8061&type=

The Vistapack includes different driver.
You have to use the DLL in the Vistapack with this driver.

No joy.It seems the same. The k8055 looks like it using a human interface for the driver. What will the next step be.

Now you have tried both the Microchip MCHPUSB and Microsoft WinUSB drivers without any luck.
Sorry - no other drivers for the K8061 are available.
The k8055 looks like it using a human interface for the driver.
Yes, the K8055 is a HID (Human Interface Device). The driver is included in the Windows.

So there is nothing you can do to make it work like the K8055.
So there is nothing you can do to make it work like the K8055.
I’m sorry, but this seems to be the case.
