I have a pre built K8061 board. when I connect the power supply and the USB. LD 9,10, 12 is flashing, LD 11 is off. Is this correct? I am having trouble getting my Mac to read the board. Do you have a mac demo? Also i hope this is the correct forum for this.

I tried running the demo program on a windows machine and I get a CPU fail message. If that helps diagnose the problem.
It seems the card is defective.
Is this covered by the warranty? It is about 18 months old. Do you still sell the boards pre built
There is a two year limited warranty on this item.
