K8061 low reading

Hi hope someone can help.

When I connect exacly the same physical hardware to the analogue inputs in turn one is reading about 200 or so lower than the rest ie 7 return 445 (ish) and ad input 2 returns 223 (ish).

Is this a bust board/chip ? I have checked all my connections and all are physically sound.

Any help appreciated.

It seems the jumper AD2 is not making connection or resistor R45 has no connection.
