K8061 'failing'

hi, vellman;
i am having trouble getting my k8061 to work. the symtoms are as follows:-

  1. the card only works 2 times out of 10 on average. OutputPWM; OutputAnalogChannel &
    SetDigitalChannel are the functions used to achieve my goals.
  2. the operations seem to work a few times upon cutting the power(12V) and removing the
    usb cable for 15mins. and then plugging them back on again. but it failed in a few minutes.
  3. it is working fine with the demo8061.
  4. is a vm110 better quality assured than a k8061?

You may try this new software package for the VM140 / K8061.
velleman.eu/downloads/files/ … k_2011.zip

The package includes new driver and new DLL.
There are example projects written in many programming languages included.
Please read the Getting_Started.pdf and the README.TXT.

The VM110 is the pre-assembled K8055.
