I have a problem, when I connect my interface card to my pc the Demo8061 give’s a cpu fail.
I followed some other topic’s but the problem isn’t solvel.
There is no voltage at the pin’s 11 and 31 from the CPU. But at pin 1 I get 5V.
Led 11 blinks and the Run led 12 is on.
I have checked component they are placed at the right way.
I hope someone could help me.
(Sorry if there are many faults in my text.)

It seems that the IC1 is in wrong position.
Please note that the IC1 is in “opposite” position compared to IC2.
I’ll take a look.

I see that the digital IN led’s are always burning.

You may check it by swapping IC1 and IC2. If the situation is the same as before then the IC1 is not defective.
But if the RUN LED LD12 starts to blink, this indicates the optocoupler placed to the IC2 socket is defective.
Please check all the soldering points of IC1 and all the tracks coming to IC1.
Check the value of R1 and R15.

It was a stupid bad soldering point at IC1
