Maybe the problem is the virtual Windows XP.
Do you see the card in the Device Manager under the “Universal Serial Bus Controllers” or “Other Devices”.
Do you have possibility to test the card in normal XP.
after changing a few options relating to power on usb ports in the virtual machine its now working fully, whoop for velleman again
