On K8055 two dig. inputs can be used as counters, but USB is not optical isolated - i need the isolation.
Can on K8061 some inputs configured as counters or is (soon) an upgrade available?

Sorry but there is no counter function in the K8061. A counter would be nice idea indeed, but at the moment there is no upgrade planned to the firmware.
In your case one solution may be to use external 8 bit counter IC and connect its outputs to the digital inputs of the K8061.
