K8060 as bass guitar amp

I’m planning to buy this kit and have couple of questions.

Firstly i’m building bass guitar head and preampsection wich consist of compressor -> EQ -> tube preamp with 12AX7 (ECC83) is now finished. Only thing that’s remaining is power amp and K8060 seems like a good choice. Now few questions:

For my bass head i have custom made transformer with 230VAC primary, and secondaries as follows:
6,3V ECC83 fillament voltage
250V ECC83 anode voltage
4,5V for EQ/compressor circuits
2X30V for power amp
now potential problem is when i measured 2X30V secondaries i have 31,7VAC on each. Is this normal or would cause problems with K8060? Should i drop the voltage to 30V? (i noticed on couple of other transformers that voltages are usually about 2V higher when measured that rated)

Second question is, what circuit improvements do you reccomed for bass guitar usage? higher value caps? metal-film resistors? etc.

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english

Voltage should not be a problem.
You can increase caps if you like.

Great!

One more question. How much mV should i provide from preamp to the input of this amp? (I assume that information is “amp sensitivity 0.6V” = 600mV?)

One again thanks for such quick response

Correct.
