According to the manual in the 0.5s timer mode, the relais will stay on as long as the buttons are pushed.
With my reciever however the relais keep switching on and off!
What do i do wrong?

This indicates bad reception, an assembly problem, a too high distance between TX-RX or other transmitters operating simultaniously on the same frequency.
Check your assembly. Try the unit on a different location.
