Hi I have a problem with this board, I do not work well, I use the software and when active Valleman any output relays do not work, it’s as if the PIC is faulty, the LED 10 is turned on when I put in on a channel, it indicates that transmission of pc is correct but the relays are not activated.

SWITCHES manually operate all relays, RS232 but does not work.

I need help to fix

On page 9 in the manual (link below to download it) you can check you cable assembly.

Also make sure the jumpers are set correctly
JP1 = ON
JP2 = RS232

I’ve done all the tests indicating the manual, the LED lights when active data toggle buttons or momentary buttons, emergency stop, but the relays do not work
I have configured
choose serial port … 1
Address
Adrees show one
Change adress 1

JP1 = ON
JP2 = RS232

but still not working

If you pressed the microswitch test nothing happens,
if applied voltage at pin socket 5,6,7,8,9,10,12, and 13 relays are activated,
(The pic is not installed)
I think the pic 16f630 is defective, as I can get one in spain,
last week to buy the kit

Could you post very sharp and clear pictures of the top and bottom of the kit.
You need to use a free web service.
Please post the link up here.

Maybe someone can spot the problem.

Hello I am attaching pictures, but the problem is the PIC, and have reviewed the entire circuit and operation manual is correct and pc rs232 port signal is correct, but does not respond to the input signal, so that no work, my question is where I can get a new PIC for this kit?
or the dealer where you purchased the kit I can supply me in Spain.
I’m sure the fault is the PIC, my profession is electronics technician because before I bother to check all possible faults

If the manual mode is working and the receive indicator led is working, then most likely the PIC is not defective.
Most likely, the unit is set to a wrong address or address ‘0’.
Try changing the address.
