have 3 of these boards rigged up and are working perfectly.
(via 3 USB K8055’s to a PC)
the one issue i have is when they lose power, and then get it back, they cycle
relay 8 ON, OFF,ON,OFF,ON
this is not good, because real-world devices are on the other end of these relays
and they switch on and off as well, and of course the device on 8 stays on, which i
dont want!
i have read the instructions (in the hope of finding a jumper setting) and googled, but
no joy - any thoughts?
thank you for that offer, which i will certainly consider.
is there not something i can do here to disable it? i have them
fairly integrated, they are not just sitting on my bench!
i am not an expert and it took me quite some time to build these boards!
cut a track, replace a jumper, get a new component? it must boil down to only
1 or 2 components?
if i want to get more k8055’s without this feature, what is the part number
to order from my supplier?
No, the programming of the µcontroller is responsible for this behaviour.
As we do not release source code, your only option is to return the controller.
Kits cannot be ordered without this feature. This is a one-time courtesy.
