K8055, what software to do simple switching?

I’ve just assembled K8055 card and it tests out OK.
I want to control a relay (using various time intervals, including random times) and also measure an incoming voltage.
I’m sure I can get the relay working but then I’m stuck!
What is the simplest way of controlling the relay and logging input voltage, i.e. what software do I need?
